No, thanks to the funding from the Department of Physics, Astronomy, and Applied Computer Science and Jagiellonian Student Chapter of the Optica the conference is free of charge.

The organizers can assist in finding accommodation in student dormitories at the Jagiellonian University.

3. Where is the conference taking place and how to get there?

The conference takes place in the building of the Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Applied Computer Science at ul. Prof. Stefana Łojasiewicza 11, 30 30-348 Kraków. To reach the faculty by public transport, catch tram number 11, 17, 18 or 52 and get off at the Norymberska stop.

4. Do the organizers issue invoices and documents authorizing reimbursement of costs?

The organizers are able to provide appropriate certificates and invoices authorizing the reimbursement of costs incurred by conference participants, issued by both the Scientific Club of Physicists and the Jagiellonian University. The organizers would ask you to report such needs before the conference begins.

5. Paper - In what form do we accept the paper, and how long will it last?

We accept presentations in .pdf and .pptx formats. The papers should take a 25 or 15-minute slot.

6. What should the poster formats be?

Posters for a poster session should be in A2 or A3 format.

Tak, organizatorzy są w stanie zapewnić odpowiednie zaświadczenia i faktury uprawniające do zwrotu kosztów poniesionych przez uczestników konferencji, wystawiane zarówno przez Naukowe Koło Fizyków, jak i Uniwersytet Jagielloński.
